Hi, I’m Erica, the stylist behind Erica Faye Hair! I’ve been doing hair for over 11 years and recently moved my business to Spokane. I’m excited to welcome both returning clients and new faces into my chair. I offer a full range of hair services, but I especially love creating beautiful, low-maintenance color. I also love a good root touch-up! Give me all the hairs. 😊 I believe every client deserves my full attention, so I don’t double-book appointments. My goal is to make sure you feel heard, relaxed, and leave feeling confident and loving your hair. When I'm not doing hair, I'm at home with my husband, walking our dog, Bruschi, reading a new book (love book recommendations!) or playing volleyball! I’m looking forward to meeting you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fe of 100% of the service cost. EF Hair asks that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. I know that emergencies happen and interruptions can occur, so if you can let me know with 24 hours' notice, I will gladly reschedule your appointment for another time and no cancellation fee. If, however, your cancellation is within 24 hours of your appointment or you don't show up without any notice, the FULL rate of service will be charged. If you don't show up to your appointment without any notice, I reserve the right to decline any future bookings. Thank you for understanding the value of my work.
